Starting 1981, we became the first 'On the Slopes' photograpy business at Big Mountain Ski Resort in Whitefish, Montana (now known as Whitefish Mountain Resort on The Big Mountain). For the next 27 years, we remained the only photography service on at the ski resort.
Kathy sold the 'on the slopes' portion of MOUNTAIN PHOTOGRAPHY the winter of 2007-2008,
In the summer of 1983 we also became the only 'whitewater' photography service for 2 of the 4 whitewater rafting companies in Glacier National Park. By the late 1990s we signed contracts with the remaining 2 whitewater rafting companies in the Park, to become the official professional photography service for all 4 companies and all of the private boaters on the Middle Fork of the Flathead River, out of West Glacier. Forty-three years later, we continue with that project.
Mountain Photography also provides services in family portrait, party and real estate photography, selling photographic art, doingvideography, photo editing, video/movie editing and teaching Photography and Photoshop workshops.
